The system is designed to settle the delivered sewage in the form of a prepayment. It secures payment for sewage discharges before their execution. The system is based on an electronic adapter cooperating with a flow meter in the ENKO sewage catchment station or other manufacturers. Purchase data is transferred with a chip card. Information on the available credit is expressed in working units of the medium (m3).

The SRP program is used for the office handling of prepaid cards. The program works with the PostGres database server, which must be installed and configured before installation and the first launch of the program. The program performs all the card operations necessary in the prepayment system, and access to individual program modules depends on the rights assigned to the user. The program enables the introduction of companies using prepaid cards (purchasing sewage limits) to the system and defining tariffs according to which the "amount" - "amount of sewage" in the system will be converted.

The Reports module is used for a structured presentation of cards performed in the top-up system and for their printing. It enables the selection of an interesting period of time and grouping according to the selected criterion.
