Technical data of the station:

- heating installation of the hatch structure heating cables with a power of 3.5 kW - heating installation
providing heating of the hatch around its entire perimeter in order to avoid freezing and
adherence of remnants of delivered waste,
- heating installation controlled depending on the weather conditions;
- cover structure ensuring tightness and preventing precipitation from entering the reservoir
- control compliant with safety standards.
Hydraulic hatch drive:
- double-acting hydraulic cylinder, equipped with inductive limit sensors
piston positions (Ex) intended for operation in potentially explosive atmospheres 2G, z
connectors and cabling;
- actuator overload protection;
- valve preventing sudden lowering of the actuator in case of breakage
pressure line;
- hatch opening time: max 90s;
- hydraulic power pack - supply voltage 400 V AC;
- power supply control box with additional power supply for inductive sensors
extreme positions of the piston;
- a set of flexible high-pressure hoses and fasteners
necessary to connect the power supply with the actuator;
- hydraulic oil.
Station control cabinet:
- located near the place where the sludge is received;
- stainless steel housing with a protection class of min. IP55, dimensions 1200x1000x300
built on the facade of the SPO, with a roof, equipment:
- reader of waste suppliers' identifiers (proximity cards);
- controller (industrial computer, terminal), with Ethernet interface, archiving
data - record of supplier's data, date and time of waste discharge, communication with
software installed on the PC;
- report printer with cutter - printout of the dump confirmation by the supplier;
- protection of electric circuits;
- heating the cabinet with a thermostat;
- local optical and acoustic alarm signaling.
Installed on the facade of the cabinet:
- graphic screen informing about correct supplier identification and facilitating correct
execution of the waste unloading process, adapted to the conditions in the place of assembly;
- main and emergency hatch switch;
- switch for changing the operating mode of the hatch (with a key) - automatic / manual;
- buttons for operating the hatch in manual mode;
- elements installed on the facade in the IP66 protection class
Software for handling data from waste reception stations:
- service of the supplier database (ID number, company, name, surname, address) in which
suppliers with contactless cards will be registered;
- the ability to save and print delivery reports;
- possibility of adding more stations;
- compatibility with the operating system Windows XP and 7;
- installation and configuration on a computer in the administration building of the treatment plant
