Sand separator with washing type WPP
In the lower part of the sand trap there is a "drop chamber" in which the pulp accumulates. Sand separation takes place thanks to the appropriate shaping of the inlet part to the separator, which causes a vortex stream flow. Separation of the organic fraction from the mineral is supported by an installed agitator. The oblique shaft-screw conveyor discharges the sand pulp to the container. In the sand trap, the mineral parts are dehydrated by gravity. The content of organic parts in the washed sand is up to 3%, and the degree of sand dehydration is 85 - 90% DM. Efficiency depending on the size of the device (of washed sand) 1,0 - 1,5 m3/h
