With over 30 years of experience in the production of devices, qualified production staff and machine facilities, we are able to produce steel elements and structures, such as, for example: hatches, hatches, tanks, overflows, supporting structures, etc., based on the provided technical documentation. We also provide assistance in the design of these elements and structures.
Sheet metal bending on numerically controlled presses:
- sheets up to 6 mm thick and up to 3000 mm long
- sheets up to 8 mm thick and up to 1000 mm long
Sheet metal rolling:
- coiling diameter min ø250, sheet thickness up to 4 mm and length up to 2500 mm
- coiling diameter min ø300, sheet thickness up to 4 mm and length up to 2000 mm
- coiling diameter min ø300, sheet thickness up to 4 ÷ 6 mm and length up to 1500 mm
- coiling diameter min ø300, sheet thickness up to 8-10 mm and length up to 1000 mm
Cutting:
- from 0.5 to 2 mm, max length 2000 mm
- from 1.5 to 8 mm, max length 3000 mm
Machining:
