Screw conveyor PSE

Screw conveyor type PSE is designed for transporting sludge, screenings, grit, pulps or other materials. Description and principle of operation.

Screw conveyor is built of working flume with plastic material linning or Hardox® slats. The spiral is located in flume. In the first part of feeder the basket batch is located.

Screenigs come into basket batch from where are collected by spiral. Screenings are moved on distance specified by dump hole where mostly are droped into lower located containers. The conveyor may have several chutes equipped with a slide gate. The conveyor depending on the destination, can work in a horizontal position, at any angle or in a vertical position. It also has the possibility of radial rotation, depending on the needs of the place of discharge, and can also be equipped with a mobile structure.
